Creating an asset instead of buying one. What do you think would take the longest time to achieve? Buying a property which generates $10 000 or learning a skill from scratch and creating an asset, maybe homepages, courses or some other asset that generates the same amount?
Think about it for a second. To be able to buy that property you first need to have a high paying job or have a ton of money saved up to be able to afford it. To create your asset you just need to learn a skill, something that you are interested in and then create something.
It is truly wild that YouTubers for example are getting paid money just to share their thoughts on video. It is something they have created.
